Miley Cyrus and her dad, Billy Ray, surprised students from Hazard County Independent School today, May 20, in Hazard, Kentucky. Miley and her dad were there to support Blessings in a Backpack.
Miley’s sponsorship of the program provides food for 425 kids in the school district to bring home for the weekend.
