I Know What I Like and Maybe It’s You

Emily Osment got in the Halloween spirit by performing at the Markville Shopping Centre’s Halloween Bash today, October 31, in Toronto, Canada.

I can’t tell if Emily is dressed for Halloween or not, and if she is, what is she? I’m having the toughest time figuring out what people are for Halloween. I’m not sure if that says more about me or the costumes!
